I don't think files in youtube can be downloaded since they are converted to shockwave files. I downloaded the cf from quilt then uploaded them to youtube just for viewing.

Joyce,
You have to create an account with them so you can have your own file folder. Once they confirmed through your email you can start uploading vods, just browse through your files and provide a title and tags then click upload. Depending on the file size it will take a few minutes and then you will be provided with a link that you can share with friends or a code so you can embed it in forums and blogs just like what I did here.
